I just did a search that said privacy pants are like biker shorts that are no longer than the length of the dress/skirt they are worn under. In other words, no one would accidentally see things they shouldn't. Hope that helps.

Yes, short pants/biker pants that a girl can wear under her skirt/dress so she is not showing her underwear by accident when she is playing or sitting.
My daughter always wears them under skirts although it's not required to wear them in her school, but I think it's better that way.

Shorts or trunks under the dress or skirt to cover the underwear thus providing privacy. The girl can play and sit on the floor and be covered.

They are like biker shorts that you would wear under a short skirt, or dress. So that when girls play or sit their "privates " don't show. Its a good ideas especially for elementary aged girls, they can still play on playground with out anything showing.

They probably want them to wear bike shorts under their dresses so that if they forget to sit like a lady they don't flash everyone.

Privacy pants? never heard of them, but when i was in school we had completely black underwear that covered all of our private areas, front and back that came to mid way down our thighs they called them sports knickers in those days.

I think they're just shorts you wear under your skirts so when you go on the monkey bars you don't show off your undies.
