Looks to me ,that the power supplies recommended on that same page,would be a good choice.

get a 500+ watt SMPS. Since more and more SATA hard drives are available, ensure that the new smps (power suply) supports SATA.

depends on the mobo you are using? problaly a 550 to 600 watt
