I would like house wives to join the programs and I can teach anything including salads,main dishes,etc...I will stick the advertisements in the local super market,what should I mention?

You should mention a phone contact no, what kind of dishes you will be covering in brief, and timings of the classes or if the timings are flexible, then mention that. Mention if ingredients will be arranged by you, if they can take the prepared dishes home. The more information you can add, will mean less people calling and asking for explanations. You can also post at school/college boards, church/temple boards, local website/forums.
