Probably not, Jesus was just a mortal man, idolised by those in power, so that they could gain control of a nation of people that didnt know any better.

That is absolutely not true. Just because he gives man freewill does not mean he loves that will more than us. he is not willing that any should be lost, that's why with God one day is as a thousand years. He is allowing mankind time to realise that he is thier only salvation.
2 Peter 3:8-10 (King James Version)
8But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
10But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
God Bless You.

It is absolutely wrong.
Jesus really really wants to see all His children to be saved in rejoice in Heaven with Him.
You can read in the Heaven Is So Real that Jesus cries when He sees His people are burned in hell, but there's nothing He can do anymore, He already died on the cross to save us, His children, yet some people when lived on earth didn't want to seek Him or believe in Him.
Jesus has given us a choice, a choice to believe in Him or a choice to live without Him. We are given the privilage to make our own choice.
Jesus will never want to force us to love Him. We must love Him willingly, truly from our deepest heart. Love Him as our Father, God and the eternal King

God wants everybody to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4). However, He isn't going to force His will on anybody.
God gave His Son (John 3:16) and His Word (2Tim 3:16); what more do you think He ought to do, and when should a man take responsibility for his own actions?

No, it is NOT true that Jesus would rather have people burn in hell rather than save them.
I can only said that He make it ever so easy but still give the person the free choice to choose. If I give you a billion dollar and ask you to claim it. All you need to do is to accept it and receive it. But if you choose not to, do you want me to put a gun to your head?
Pray you get to know Him soon. Have a nice day.

2Pe 3:3 First, be aware of this: scoffers will come in the last days to scoff, following their own lusts,
2Pe 3:4 saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they have been since the beginning of creation."
2Pe 3:5 They willfully ignore this: long ago the heavens and the earth existed out of water and through water by the word of God.
2Pe 3:6 Through these the world of that time perished when it was flooded by water.
2Pe 3:7 But by the same word the present heavens and earth are held in store for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
2Pe 3:8 Dear friends, don't let this one thing escape you: with the Lord one day is like 1,000 years, and 1,000 years like one day.
2Pe 3:9 The Lord does not delay His promise, as some understand delay, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish, but all to come to repentance.
God does not WANT you to perish, but if you persist in refusing to accept the obvious, He will allow YOUR free will choice to seal your eternal fate.
God WANTS you to accept Him, but He will not force you.
Personally, I don't think He's asking for too much.

i am going to take you up on 2 factors: a million. "rational human beings" . i'm confident you've heard of Pascal's wager. that is being rational. yet to doubt something that could be actual is irrational. 2. Christians are literally not hostile to technology. Christians tutor and promote technology. What we are hostile to is Neo-Darwinian evolution. yet that's honestly no longer technology. each of the lines of info prepare conclusively that that could no longer have taken position yet because evolutionists come to the table already ruling out something yet naturalism, then they could be counted on lots of impossiboe issues (miracles) alongside the way. On one hand, problem-free evolutionists admit that Neo-Darwinian evolution isn't a probability yet they nonetheless draw close to it because they haven't the different selection. As a Christian, i'm no longer certain to naturalism. Empiricism can take me in straightforward words so a options. After that, I turn to revelation to finish the image of actuality. i think sorry for most evolutionists because they flatter themselves that they are loose thinkers at the same time as if actuality, they do no longer favor to imagine outside their little container of naturalism.

Wrong. Jesus' death on the cross saved mankind. He also gave us the way to follow him. You have a choice of paths to follow. Choose wisey.

No he doesn't want that, please read Psalms 103:3. He wants to give you life but we have a choice to make and it seems that this world is making some really bad choices.

Well, you would think so since 99.9% of all the people who ever lived on earth will be roasting in hell, then what?
