Yes i will. since she's walking i'll slow down a bit and say hello and how she was doing.
If i was genuinely interested in talking to her, maybe ask her if she usually jogs around that time everyday and have a quick conversation. I wont chat for long, coz both have a reason why we are there, so will just move on.
Btw, if she was a regular, u will bump on to her again.

Sure I would speak to him. I'd start with "Good Morning! (If it was morning) how ya doin today?" I say that to everyone. From there, probably talk about the weather or a current event (nothing too heavy, maybe sports or something light like that)

im a girl if i the boy was cute i would give him the eye and hope he woukld come and speak to me if he didnt then i may concider goin over to him. i would just ask his name and start chatting. remember girls guys like confidence

I would say "hi" and keep on walking. If he/she continues to walk beside me, I would ask, "I haven't seen you around here, how often do you come here?"
