You didn't say how much you weigh or how much you eat daily. It is very important for you to go to your family doctor or an internal medicine doctor for a complete health check up. There are so many things it could be other than depression or along with depression. Please go asap and get checked out.

it also sounds like you could have a virus,,with the aching jaw you speak of,,it could be your glands,,knock the excersise on the head and go to your doctors,,,drink plenty of fluids too,try to eat little and often.if you are not eating you will feel tired and with excersisng as well this will make you feel worse.

If its summer where you are at the moment and not drinking adequate fluids ,you could be getting dehydrated and fatigued which can also lead to these headaches .

I'm no expert but sounds like your not getting enough of the right nutrients in your diet........I was low on potassium once and it took all of my energy....felt sick all the time......drank a quart of Gatorade and with in 30 min felt like a new person

If you feel you might be depressed, then there's nothing to lose by getting it checked out; if it's not depression, then you might uncover something more or less sinister. Definitely consult your doctor about it.
