I need to find a pump that can pump 6 liters of air a minute, but isn't to expensive. It's best if it is battery powered too.

Go for a Swedish-made model.

Do you need high pressure or low pressure? A fan will "pump" much more than 6 liters of air a minute, but at low pressure. A shop vac can supply you that much volume with greater pressure. So will a leaf blower. An air mattress pump will be much slower.

There are many small air pumps for tire inflation available that are run from a car's cigarette lighter at 12 volts. Check with NAPA, etc. for models, price and specs. Good luck.
