Well, because it is the most convenient for them to do so... And, could you answer this question yourself? For real, WHO would ask that.

because you've been to blame and performance determined there is not any medical project (which could were my first wager) try spraying some cologne or body spray on the bathtub mat and mattress. I had a cat who continually peed on my kitchen mat (no medical problem both) - i began spraying it with body spray after I washed it each and every time and he hasn't peed on it considering. I study someplace that cats received't pee on issues which have already got a fragrance. don't have a clue as to what to do about your laundry - shop it in a abate i wager.

Both female and male cats squat to pee, however they do stand up and twitch their tails when they spray. Spraying is their way of marking their territory, some cats stop the behaviour when they are spayed or neutered, but not all. To avoid this spay or neuter your cats when they are young kittens. Males and females can spray, though not all do

uhm,,,female cats dont pee standing up, they squat, and if your cat does pee standing up, then it more than likely is a male and he is "spraying"(marking) his territory.
