You know why they do this......Its because every religion thinks they are in the right. Those that follow these religious leaders are nothing but sheep, they follow because they dont have anything, its called blind faith, they follow something they dont understand because they were told as children, that if they didnt there would be nothing after death........Is nothingness really that scary?
Come on people, get educated.....go read your bible, Quoran, Torah any religious text you can get your hands on, you will find they all pretty much say the same thing, but with a few differences with names and places.... if you really sit and study them, do you notice the discrepancies they all have? What about all the fossils and scientific discoveries that have been made in the past 100 years, are they to be ignored?
Sheep are just sheep when all is said and done.

Christians are Christ-righteous and not self-righteous. God only accepts the righteousness of Christ and we Christians have it. All other righteousness are filthy rags as the bible calls it. So I seriously think you are wrong to assume that Christians are self-righteous.
I do not know what other religions says or preaches. I can only say shalom to them all.

then christians say that their bible is true, then why dont they accept the prophecy of the coming of muhammed(pbuh) when it is clearly foretold in bible.
deuteronomy 18:18-19
'i will raise up for them a prophet like u (jesus - pbuh) from among their brothers, i will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything i command him. if anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, i myself will call him to account.'
this is a verse that explains the incident where God addressed Jesus(pbuh) about the coming of Muhammed(pbuh.) from among their brothers (meaning from all brothers of same Faith - prophets).
and it is also clearly stated that when someone does not follow muhammed (pbuh), then God will not account that person as his beleiver.
