It may depending on your body size or it may just put you to sleep.
Symptoms of overdose: Symptoms of an acetaminophen overdose include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, sweating, seizures, confusion, and an irregular heartbeat.
If it doesn;t kill you it may irreperable damage your liver.
Bruising and bleeding due to decreased production of coagulation factors.
Jaundice due to decreased processing of bilirubin.
Itching due to bile products deposited in the skin.
Hepatic encephalopathy - the liver does not clear ammonia and related nitrogenous substances from the blood, which affect cerebral functioning: neglect of personal appearance, unresponsiveness, forgetfulness, trouble concentrating, or changes in sleep habits.
Sensitivity to medication due to decreased metabolism of the active compounds.
Hepatocellular carcinoma is primary liver cancer, a frequent complication of cirrhosis. It has a high mortality rate.
Portal hypertension - blood normally carried from the intestines and spleen through the portal vein flows more slowly and the pressure increases; this leads to the following complications:
Ascites - fluid leaks through the vasculature into the abdominal cavity.
Esophageal varices - collateral portal blood flow through vessels in the stomach and esophagus. These blood vessels may become enlarged and are more likely to burst.
Problems in other organs. Cirrhosis can cause immune system dysfunction, leading to infection. Fluid in the abdomen (ascites) may become infected with bacteria normally present in the intestines (spontaneous bacterial peritonitis). Cirrhosis can also lead to impotence, brain dysfunction and renal failure (hepatorenal syndrome) and osteoporosis.
More people fail than suceed with this method and just end up in the psych ward with liver damge and lead poor quality lives on antidepressents.
If you ge tto the hospital within 8 hours of taking the medication they can reverse the effects. Symptoms start arriving at 12 hours.

People die from overdosing Tylenol all the time. acetaminophen causes fatal hepatic necrosis, which means it kills your liver. This is not a joke, it does kill. Be carefull and research before you take more Tylenol than directed.

wudbiser is correct. Taking too many will kill your liver, which means you will die. However, you won't die quickly, it will take about a week, and you will be in extreme pain during the whole process. I wouldn't recommend trying it, I can promise it won't be very fun if you do.

Call 911 and tell them you may have overdosed. But then again, after trying to get a younger girl to talk to you about her masturbation habits, maybe you should just let the tylenol do its thing. Or try something stronger next time.

no, you would just sleep alot, and then you'll wake up sicker than anything alive. You would need your stomach pumped, and then your liver and kidneys would shut down, and when those shut down, the rest of your internal organs will follow, then JUST maybe you will die. Will you be ready to meet your maker?
