The same way I start every day. I spend the first 15-20 minutes waking up. This means drinking a favorite beverage (juice, milk, soda, coffee, etc) and looking outside (or being outside weather permitting) at the weather. I try, no matter what is going on outside, to find something very beautiful about it and just sit and imagine myself going to work, school or doing whatever I had planned for that day. I also go over what has to be done and then include more time for enjoyment and relaxation in-between. Life is beautiful and to be enjoyed, even with our responsibilities and obligations.

My morning routine
Wake up, go to the bathroom ( I take shower the night before), B
Brush my teeth, ( cant stand morning breath or the taste in my mouth)
Run down stairs, to let the dog out ( or I'll end up cleaning dog poop off the floor) Blessing the beautiful day, I woke up too.
Make hubby a pot of coffee ( I dont drink the nasty stuff)
Let the dog back in ( tea cup chichi)
Run back upstairs,( making sure hubby is up)
crawl back into bed ( hoping a good morning start is about to happen)
Take shower, and start to get dress
after being dressed, run back down stairs, pop some bread in toaster, and a few eggs in skillet, make a small breakfast, let hubby chow down and me too.
He leaves for work, I have a few minutes to spare, wash up the dishes, go back to the bathroom, brush my teeth again, kiss the doggy bye, and out the door I go.

To feel fresh in the morning, thank Almighty God for giving you another day of life and the health to do good things for His kingdom. Then step into a brisk shower, pour a cup of coffee, read a devotional, have some fruit and yogurt and plan your day. Get ready! Go! Have a great day!

I get out of bed, wash my face so I feel awake instantly. Then I pick out my outfit and take a shower. I get into my outfit, then I apply deodarents, perfume, lotion, ect. I feel fresh in an hour!

Eat an APPLE, straight from the fridge its the best wake up call ever. Get out of the shower first though.
