First off, at 12 you SHOULD be worried about this. Better to get in shape when you're young.. or else it just leads to problems when you get older.
Someone who is 5 ft can be healthy from 97-128 lbs. DEPENDING on their bone structure. If you're you have a big body frame, then you'd be more towards the end of the range. If you're athletic and have a lot of muscle on your body, that must be taken into account as well. We can't really give you a for-sure answer online, so you'd need to see your pediatrian for a more definate answer.

most 12 year olds are 7stones but a healthy weight for 5ft is 100lbs and 5lbs more for each inch added ..for example 5 ft -100lbs...5 1" 105lbs ...5 2" 110lbs...and so on

I would say about 7 to 8 stones. But you should not worry about your weight because you have a lot of growing to do yet. And as you grow taller than everything should work out just fine.

I m from singapore so we use cm to measure height. Take your weight (kg) divide by sq of your height (in meters). That would be your weight index. If you are 12, then should be not more than 20.
