just be her friend and keep it strictly platonic,if she really is into you she'll change her mind

Probably exactly what she says. You don't say how you feel about it - if you're happy with just been friends, go for it. The problem is some friendships can't survive one person being attracted to the other and the other person not. If you think that's the case, then... well, then there's not much you can do. She seems to have made herself fairly clear!
