First you need to analyze why you are lazy and what you are lazy about. Then you need to make a plan to get rid of your lazy trait by making yourself commit to something. Try doing a an activity that requires you to leave the house and move. Go for a 20 minute walk or run, go to the park, etc. Do this 4 times a week around the same time of day for a month. If you complete 85% or better, you are on your way to breaking your laziness and might even have broken it. As a matter of fact, it should become routine after the month. But if you complete less, you have some work ahead of you. In the end, it is about determination and how bad you want to do this and really forming good habits or dropping bad ones. As long as you want it, and bad, you will get it. Like I say, focus and determination will always let you succeed.

Well just take up a part time job. Once you earn some money you will see what you are losing by being idle.

If you are a student just study for a few hours more and see how much of the text book you are able to cover. Just keep an eye for the change in your grades. That will make you realize the value of time.

Go window shopping. There are a lot of nice things you can buy if you had more money. That will make you realize that you need to work more.

Finally try getting a girl friend. She would certainly expect you to take her out to restaurants and movies. Well that costs so you will have to work for it or loose your girl friend probably.

Marriage costs money, family costs money, education costs money, well probably everything costs money so pull up your socks and see the world as it is.

You need to work to live and that's for sure. Try to strike it out on your own and you will get rid of your laziness for sure.

Why you think you are lazy?
if it is real i suggest you
1) do sport and read book every day..
2) Think about you aim about school , university or every thing
3) Find purpose for yourself and try to get it
it help be active..

you must organize a plan for your life
defeat your worries and fears
feel your potential!!!
