It depends on what he wants. If he is the kind of guy that would want strippers and a drunk-fest, that would be easy to organize. What I would do is reserve a hotel room, buy a handle of vodka and rum and a lot of mixers, some munchies like pizza and chips, and then have a stripper stop by to get things going.

If he isn't into the frat scene (or his fiancee would kill you), you can reserve a room or table at a popular restaurant or club where you can party and have fun in a more respectable fashion.

If drinking and partying isn't your thing, you can always do a golf outing, going to see a football or other game, going to a movie, or just chilling at a BBQ.
