Yes, it's possible. Here is a pic of a chihuahua/boxer mixed breed:

It is very possible for any male dog to breed with nearly any female dog but not always a good idea. I have heard of small dogs having to get abortions because of very large dogs fathering the pups. Unless you are sure of the parents I don't think you can sell them as full breds but with 17 puppies it's also possible they are just the runts of the litter right now and may actually grow bigger and catch up with the rest of them. When they are that small sometimes they all look like little rats. Only time will tell.

Yes, any kind of dog can mate with any other, as long as they're able to physically get into position....if you know they mated, this shouldn't be a surprise. but, I've never heard of SEVENTEEN puppies in a litter...ouch!
Luckily, your female is the boxer, not the Chihuahua. If it had been the other way around, your Chihuahua could easily have died giving birth to extra large puppies.
And OUCH, I'm still thinking of those 17 puppies.

Dogs are often used as an example the influence of small genetic changes, as they're the most diverse species.
The only reason a male chihuahua would be challenged to mate with a boxer is the height difference, but if your boxer was "prone" this wouldn't be much of a challenge.
I don't think it is likely your boxer welped pups from multiple sires. ...more likely, as one of the readers suggested, these are just "runts" and they'll catch up.

Probably not. With the size difference, the female would have had great difficulty carrying that pup, let alone delivering it (would have needed a c-section and the puppy would have been very large). What you are seeing is a fawn dog with the "solid" coat marking. However the "solid coat" marking includes white chest and paws. It's not a terribly unusual color pattern in chihuahuas.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7Cr
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.
