I change my sheets every two months.. if I am too lazy.. is this gross? I go to bed clean so I don't feel I get it THAT dirty.

By the way, I never get those rashes you are talking about if I go two months without changing sheets.

Sheets should be changed every week. Little mites get in the bed from your skin and dust and if you don't keep sheets clean you could get bed bugs.

Yes!!! I usually change my sheets weekly. I'd suggest that you do the same, or at the very least once every two weeks.
I usually do it at the same time as cleaning my house, I do everything in one go (changing my sheets, dusting, hoovering and mopping the house, doing the laundry). Once you get into the routine of doing this weekly / or bi-weekly it´ll become second nature to you.

Yeah, that's pretty yucky. Hope you do your laundry more often. Suggest that you throw in your sheets every several weeks, at least.
Personally, climbing into bed with fresh sheets is one of life's delights. (Yes, I know: "Get a life!")

It's best to change it every 2 weeks but if you can't then once a month is better than every 2 months.

uhhhhh yeah "yucky" is not the word I would use to describe it. Honey even if you shower before you go to bed the dust mites/bed mites are still there in all their nasty glory. You should really wash them at least once a week.

Depends on how red you like your rash. (sorry folks... but had to throw it out there).
In other words.... yes. thats pretty nasty. (Mind you, this is coming from a bachelor that rarely has time to clean his house).

It would be less yucky to change them weekly.
