You are not born to dye.God has sent you to do all kind of good deeds here .Reduce unwanted heat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,coconut water,kakdi cucumber,jira,sof.
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.

well, i think when there is no need of me on this planet earth, i should die.
actually who the hell we r to decide our own fate. we should leave something for God to decide. whoever comes on this earth has to go once. so there's no need to ponder upon that topic.
