i think it has auto defrost but i cant find the manual!!!

No, it is just heated up, you can turn it up slightly or if you just leave it it will be ok within a few hours and the green light will come back on. I had this problem with my the other week. Try pulling it away from the wall abit to get some air round the back xx good luckxx

Usually a compressor problem or maybe requires a new relay.
