i don't think yoga is the way to go
maybe a cold VB will do the trick
i have had plenty & i dont think i have spelt any words rong

If you are interested in yoga, try taking a class at a local YMCA. If you find that you like yoga and that it helps you relax, you can buy a video to keep up your practice. Baron Baptiste has wonderful yoga videos for all levels.
Another thing to try to de-stress is writing in a journal. Good luck!

To get relaxed and start yoga best is close your eyes try to concentrate on temple(upward) fold your tounge backward now concentrate on two part of body symmetrically while tightening one part and relaxing another try this with different part of body one by one covering whole body at the same time observe your breath inward or outward and add this with positive thought say a feeling of good health or god

i have a lot of stress and anxiety issues, i took up yoga to learn how to calm myself better through the anxiety's and stress, it really dose work and on top of that its great exercise, and you learn how to take care of yourself better and over all feel better.
