Jesus in our belief did not die, but perhaps fainted and was taken down deeply wounded, but not mortally wounded as no vital organs get affected during crucifixion, where death takes place due to exposure, which takes time to kill, which is why crucifixion was such a dreaded punishment as the man could take days and weeks and in some cases it could take a month to die.
In the case of Jesus he was on the cross for 3 hours. Both men who were crucified with him (2/3 crucified at the same time) were alive and had to be put to death. Jesus perhaps had fainted, was taken down, put in a cave where he recovered, came out, spooked his disciples and left them after a while to avoid being crucified again. Thus the faith of the disciples (who had abandoned him and saved their own hides) finally became strong, by seeing him all wounded but alive. How many would abandon a god-man if they sincerely beleived he was God Almighty? Many fire men risk their lives for perfect strangers, may the Lord bless them and their profession. Many a soldier dies for his country. Many Christains have chosen martyrdom to abandoning their faiths, because they believed.
It is obvious that the disciples of Christ did not have faith to stand by him and got the faith only after seeing him alive after being crucified, which seemed very dramatic. But, it can be explained by a simple fainting.
In any case, if you are asking for a popular age that is accepted as his "death", then it is age 33 or 33AD.

Jesus was approximately 33 when He died and rose again.
The Old Testament was completed by about 400 BCE, being written in Aramic and Hebrew. Somewhere in the 100BCE period, it was translated by 70 Jewish Scholars into Koine Greek. That translation is called the Septuigent.
The New Testament was written somewhere between 45 and 100 CE. by baptised Jews.
The dates are approximate in all authorship, because the "marker events" used by the authors can be difficult to pin down exactly (both testaments).
All manuscripts are copies. Some were saved in clay pots in desert caves. These are the famous "Dead Sea Scrolls", a fascinating study, since they were produced around the same time as Christ's life and ministry. The DSS are copies of the OT books done by the Essenes (a Jewish monastic society). I don't know how they were all saved. Please check the website below and others you can find. It is an interesting study!

Jesus' earthly body was 33 when he was crucified. But the Bible tells us that Jesus was God and was with God from the beginning. The Bible wasn't put together into the book that we know use until much later. The early church, used the same system of organization that was used by the Jewish synagogues for their scripture- scrolls. Scrolls were meticulously maintainted and copied with incredible accuracy and inerrancy. The Bible as we have it today is over 99% accurate to over 5,000 scrolls and manuscripts uncovered. By far, the Bible is the most well dated, and accurate book we have in existance.

about 38AD at about the age of 34
The old testaments had been completed about 3-4 hundred years before.
The new testaments was not finished until about 70-90 years latter, Revelations being the last book written.
All the books (except the first 5) are individual writhing, scrolls.
Many in different languages and penned by different hands. ACTS narrated by Paul is penned by Luke who went with Paul.
All the original text still exist and are the source for all (at least most) of the bibles today.

33. Well, it's not the same bible. Several books were left out by the Romans when they put it together. Most of it was detailing feminine aspects of God and things most men didn't want in the bible. It was altered to brainwash the people. Worked.
