Retain a good counselor (lawyer) and raise your own brand of legal hell against your son's mother. Have a judge order her to observe your fair joint custody rights. And I'd have Social Services investigate her (again, a skilled counselor can really volley a good shot at the boy's mom), someone I feel really needs a good looking into.

Listen and heed the advice your lawyer gives you. Prep up for a battle, and speak to your son and have him ready to do the same.

Take it to court if its not true she don't have a case you have the right to see your son no matter what she says and if i were you i would get full custody of him if she has five kids where you think she is making them at with all diffrent men slim get your son

Go get yourself a lawyer to straighten this whole thing out. Your Son needs you at this time in his life she can not keep you from him. Let the courts handle this for you. Good luck

Firstly you need to prove that the 'allegations' are exactly that, regain access to your son. It is rare a court would withdraw access without good reason.

If she is as bad as you say you should consider taking full custody
