Honey it is NOT a crime to be a CHRISTIAN. It's a crime to be a sinner. The things sinners do are wrong according to Gods Word. If it was not wrong then it would not be a sin. You keep the faith darlin and keep growing in Christ and you Will be fine. You go do your duty to our great country. I Willl pray for Gods blessings and protection for you. I am praying it as I write but I wil do a better job in a few minute. I am proud to have answered your question. And for the person that said being a Christian was ridiculous has never been a Christian there fore you can't believe him.

Jason remember that killing the creatures of God unjustly is not the way of the MIGHTY ONE. One may kill, but only in self defence. If I came into your house, kicked you, punched you and called you names and said I am doing that in self defence, you and I know who is wrong and who has committed aggression.
The same is true in the international arena. Christians are not being targetted physically as Muslims are. Some Muslim nut commits a crime, and the soldiers of the West attack the average Muslims in other countries, who had neither elected the nut nor asked him to act on their behalf
If anything armies from predominantly Christian countries have attacked others time and again over the last two hundred years. I have seen with my own eyes preachers in Churches asking the Lord to bless the soldiers and protect them who had gone to the Gulf War that George Bush Sr. had imposed to protect the Kingdoms in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
When you go kill other people in their lands, it is natural for them to want to do the same to you in your land. Dont you think?
911 killed less than 4000 persons. More than 100,000 children alone died due to the First Gulf War. When Christians become unchristian, the Lord begins the clean up process.
The same applies to Muslims or Jews or anyone who hurts the innocent of the Almighty any where, any time!!
I hope this makes sense to you.

I went through boot camp last year, and if you attend the services offered while you're there, then that exact subject is covered. He talks about why soldiers are still Christians, etc.
As fas as Christianity being a crime, I think that in our modern society, it's more exceptable to be a nonbeliever. And it was like when black people were finally made free; they wanted to voice their opinions everywhere and band together. I think nonbelievers reacted the same way. It's finally okay to not believe, so they are open about voicing their opinion and expressing prejudice against Christianity. (And I'm not comparing black people to nonbelievers...just giving an example.)

Alot of people think you have to be a bible-thumper to be a Christian. Not true. Nor do you have to look, or dress a certain way. GOD loves you as you are, blue jeans, long hair, warts and all. We are not supposed to judge one another.
I think alot of times it is easier to attack a Christian, as we have been taught to turn the other cheek.
As for being a soldier, yes, I do believe you will be forgiven if you are forced to kill in the name of war. You will be protecting your own life, and countless others by your bravery.

Not a crime actually it's the blatant hypocrisy and money lust of men like Benny Hin , Pat Robertson, Oral Roberts and tele-evangelists from the Pit all wolves in sheep's clothing, that have turned the faith into a Babylonian whore house.
They compete with one another for audience and empire building...TD Jakes to Rev Creflo "Dollar" (what an appropriate last name) and how about YWAMs Messiah Mr. Cunnigham and his dynasty!
They have all brought shame to the Gospel and the world sees it every day in their merchandising of the Blood of Jesus.
Soaked in Spiritual Pride and claiming to have ALL the answers
one can only wonder who they really represent..."Ole Slew-foot or the King of Kings?
Rolex watches, private jets, 3 million dollar homes ...
Next time you chat with one, as he is stepping into his Mereceds S-Class ask them.."If the Christ owned his own clothes" and remind him what the Lord used for transportation entering Jerusalem?

Because your religion is an evil death cult intent upon global conquest. You dont' really care about how deeply you understand God, you are more about converting more people to your cult. Many Christians pray for the end of the world so that Jesus will come back. You get that? Praying for the world to end. Death cult.

There is nothing wrong with being a Christian, and we're proud of you for joining the Marines.
Personally, I think your God and your War are both bulllshit, but you're man enough to carry a rifle and you're man enough to make these decisions for yourself. You know what you want out of life.
You want God to Love you? Will it so. You want to go to Heaven? Godspeed.

Christianity is a crime now-a-days because it used to be a crime to not be a Christian and payback's a b*tch. As for Heaven, well right up front is a commandment to not kill people, and buried somewhere deep in the bible may be an exemption for "in My name". Do you gamble?

Christians sure are persecuted against!
Well, not really.
You think people don't like Christians? I have an idea. Get a shirt that says "Atheist and proud of it" and wear it for seven days.
Go ahead - you should be treated just fine.

Because in society, people get annoyed of Christians, so everyone else bears the mind set of, Christians are lame. Kind of like when cool guys start to weat polo's and converses, everyone who wants to be cool wear's polos and converses, only in you're case they're not trying to be cool, it's just how society programs all the stupid people to be close minded. And I assure you, not all soldiers go to hell. Like that sniper from saving private ryan. I thought he was cool, im sure he didnt go to hell.
