Over the counter diet pills are crap. If they say "not intended to treat or cure any disease or condition" then they don't work and are telling you that in advance. Why spend your money on them? Join a gym instead.
There are prescription diet pills that work. Your doctor can advise which one would be best for you. I like phentermine.

I have taken diet pills, natural sterol supplements and many other supplement for a weight loss aid. The only thing that finally worked for me is to get off my *** and work for it. Exercise every day and watch what you eat. I know it's not easy but this was my last alternative and it works, sorry anything worth having isn't easy.

I tried Trimspa, no effect, except a belly ache. Here is a website that for counting calories. You just type in whatever food you had and it will tell you how many calories. It also keeps track of you weight periodicaly. You can also put in activities, cleaning, exercising, ect. and it will tell you how many calories you have burned. It has helped me a lot in watching what I eat. If you dont keep track sometimes you dont relize how much you are realy eating in a day.
