He was suppose to court me but he didn't because his friends told him that i like one of his friends. He told me that he came to think of what could have happened if he courted me. Now everytime we see eachother, he tickles me.

i think it's different with every guy. I mean... all guys that tell girls they used to like them can't ALL 100% of them still like them. But in you're case I think he still does, I dont know why but Im sure he does.

Yeah from your description I'd definitely say he still likes you. When a guy likes a girl, even if he forgets about her for years before he sees here again... usually when he sees her again he will reconsider her as a mate (not just in a sexual way).
If you're interested in him then you guys should have a tickle-fight and just see where things end up... you can't go wrong with the hot and heavy breathing and then just stop when he's on top of you and your faces are near each other. It's a shoe-in for him to show he likes you.

considering your project sounds so complicated i ought to extremely say that you would possibly want to easily proceed to be associates with him and opt for yet another guy... You suggested that you've under no circumstances dated anybody previously and that you've beloved this guy for awhile...your youthful and transferring into your first courting with someone that you've already got very good emotions with received't be the great idea. What if issues did not artwork out? Is it worth dropping that comradeship?? in case you adult men are just about as good of associates as you're saying and if he does like you too, then it will take position with the aid of itself. in spite of the undeniable fact that it sounds far too complicated in the present day to become in contact with him. stay associates with him. tell your 2 associates that that is his loss and they could get extra effective and perhaps they'll commence to love some different person.

It do not seemed like he will liked you any more than before and
he is up to something with his tickle, perhaps seeking something out of the ordinary, so you better watch out cause bees are still in business these days and their sting hurts.

In general, it is possible that the guy can change his mind later on. In your particular situation, it seems like he is definitely interested.
