Rahul i wants to know ur age and the feelings that are flowing .Are u a TEENAGER, if so please meditate for sometime. Don't think that I am advising u because once I too had the same experience that u are experiencing now. It's the game of some superior power that cannot be felt by anyone than a TEENAGER. We are given a special position in our country( hoping that yr a INDIAN).Take care dear. Please try to follow this. But this is really tough to control the feeling of our age, but u have to do this in order to go up in life.

I had trouble with my mind flowing a couple years back, here's how I stopped it:
1) Buy and wear earplugs, that way your rapidly liquefying brain will at least be forced to stay inside your skull. Also keep your mouth closed to keep it from getting out that way.
2) Go to 7-Eleven and get a large Slurpee. Drink it really fast. The resulting brain freeze SHOULD stop the problem. If not, consult a neurologist.

You must not allow your mind to control your total being.
Interact with people.
Indulge yourself with hobbies and activities.
Inform yourself some more so you'd better yourself as a whole.
Don't focus too much in your own self.Open your eyes and recognize there are more people suffering and far more important issues worth thinking about than just your own.The earth revolves for everybody and not just in your own world so think positive and embrace life as a gift.Cherish it like each passing day could be your last.Life's too short to feel it's not worth living for.Say that to a malnourished child in africa and see deep in her eyes how lucky you are not having to lead his kind of life..
Don't be such a spoiled brat and act selfish as if your life is nothing.
Make your life productive.
Make it your goal to help those unfortunate people.
Make a difference and touch lives so you put meaning into yours.
Think about it..

Have you ever tried any of the following methods?
- Meditation
- Talking to a counsellor
- Seek comfort in a religion
- Be observant of the world around you...there will always be people worse off than you, so count your blessings often
- Find out if any of your parents/grandparents/relatives show signs of depression. Sometimes it's genetic.
- Hypnotism.

Dear friend, I know it is not so easy to control this flow. But, do drink a glass of cold water at once.
For permanent solution try yoga. If a trained yoga teacher is available then it is better.

You are lucky to get replies from learned persons.
All answers are good and are answered with the sole intention of helping you out.
My advice to you is to
(i) follow the guidance give by "BP". She has encouraged you to keep your mind busy with positive and constructive thoughts. Time-wise when there is vacuum, your mind drifts towards pessimistic thoughts. Keep it busy.
(ii) introspect - analyse the valuable answers by all and make blueprint to adopt the same in your life. The advices are valuable andsave same.
BEST OF LUCK
