Catholic priests have been ordained by God into this vocation.

They have received the sacrament of Holy Orders.

In Holy Orders, a bishop (a direct successor to the Apostles) imposes his hands on the head of the priest and says a special prayer asking God for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and his gifts proper to the ministry of the priest.

With love in Christ.

Yes,Priests have years of training in the bible, theology, Latin and various other areas. They also have the counseling and people interaction. Celebrate mass, no, only a priest can celebrate the sacrament of Eucharist.
The many years that they have to study in the seminary and then the time being an intern (sort of speaking) and then into priesthood.
I disagree with the fact that they can't be married, but until the catholic church changes that it will remain.
As far a rabbi, I have no clue what they have to do.

A priest shares in the apostolic authority originally given by God to the apostles, and is ordained by the church to offer Jesus, the perfect, eternal, once-for-all sacrifice of Calvary, to God, for the people.

Only an ordained Catholic priest has the authority to consecrate the Eucharist and say Mass. He receives this authority through the sacrament of Holy Orders.

A rabbi is a teacher, and usually, a leader of his faith community. Rabbi's do not offer sacrifice. Neither do protestant ministers.

Let's get this clear:
Rabbis eat children.
Priests merely bugger them. Buggerin' children dusk to dawn would take a lot out of the best of men. I think they are entitled to a key role in all the Pomp and Splendor the Church of Peter has to offer.

lol rabbis dont celebrate mass

rabbis arent special in judaism... they are just men who have lot of knowledge about their religion, more than most ppl... they arent just the opposite of christian priests. in judaism actually anybody is allowed to lead a congregation its just the custom for a rabbi to do it since they have been trained, but there are congregations with no rabbis that ordinary ppl lead and they are perfectly allowed... judaism says there are no intermediaries between man and god

I can speak only to a minister or pasture.

They should be able to read Hebrew, Greek, Latin, Aramaic, and Chaldean.
Know where the original text of the bible were written, as well as in depth history of the middle east.
This would be a start.
