1. Propose her, if she agrees then
2. start the preparation for the wedding and get ready for spending.
3. ask immam to arrange your khtouba and then marry
4. come to dubai for Honeymoon!!!

Good Luck, first in Islam a woman is not allowed to marry out of her religion. So if you are not already one you must become a muslim. If you already know the girl you want to marry you should talk to her father, preferably with your parents with you and tell him how you feel. It will be difficult but if you are muslim or are willing to convert he may at least be willing to talk to you. There are many web sites on Islam or go to a local mosque and talk tot he Imam. Also you should stress to her father that you are honorable in talking to him first and you should try to avoid a lot of contact with the daughter until after you talk to the family. Good Luck

there are some rules you have to obey and some certain things you have to get through in order to get married
its easy but you need to be patient
