the best way to impress a girl is to show her you know her, find out stuff about her, her fav movies or actor and have a night with her where you watch that movie or a movie with that actor, or if you go on a date an give her flowers give her her fav flowers or fav colour flowers
just get to know her

Be yourself, don't lie, show her you care, and compliment her (on the things that need to be complimented on, not if she's wearing a gaudy belt you tell her it's awesome, she'd think you're making fun of her) Good luck.
