If our country was to start a revolution, following a war with Mexico to remove the illegals from the nation...
Because that's what would happen if you think about it...
The government helps out the illegals-- American people get pissed, stand up to the government, 250 million strong... The government sees this, and decides, okay we gotta deport them.. and so they try--
...it'll start riots and ruin national security...The illegals would trash the place, kill, rape, murder anybody and everybody to "have a better life."
...Mexico would feel offended, and fight back, however, the government would no longer be fighting us, but fighting Mexico....
....Say all this happened, what would the rest of the world think?

Stacy...Of course there are illegals other than Mexicans, but lets face it... there are far more Mexicans than any other...
Hence, they are neighbors.. Do you live in like Maine or something?
The majority is Mexico.. So we need to start with them first! Clear up that problem, and then root out another.

Nexus... Iraq has a good relationship with the U.S.
No matter what people have told you, when I was there, the Iraqis admitted to us they were glad we saved them from further turmoil...
Even to this day, they still feel the same, but now, it's an added stress among the Muslim community.
If you choose not to follow the Muslim teachings by opening up your arms for U.S. to be included to fight against total annialation, than you will get killed. Or at least it won't be pretty.

I don't think we need a war, what we need is honest, cool-headed(hint hint) reforms.
This WHOLE mess didn't just start like, 20 minutes ago. If you flip through the history books, you soon discover that this isn't the first time that illegal immigration to the United States has risen to the level of a National Issue. It's not going to go away in 20 minutes, either.
Reforms on immigration need to unfortunately include things like that border fence that the Senate just approved on.
Another part of immigration reform is enforcement, and voluntarly compliance by businesses with existing labor laws, and employer enforcement in the event that they're not found to be in compliance. That's a sticky one because of all the junk in the labor laws already, and finding someone that's working illegally under false papers is most likely like trying to find a needle in the proverbial haystack. Nonetheless, there's better safeguards that can be instituted to help at least reduce the number of people working in the US illegally, which will 'send the message' that there's actually some kind of standard and your fake ID is no good, no more.
I think there's so many people hot and horny to get into the United States that it constitutes a hellish pressure on our immigration system, if it was a car there'd be radiator water everywhere. This has resulted in de facto 'bums rush' immigration policy, which is exactly what we're witnessing on the US/Mexico border. Since the vast overwhelming component of the illegal alien population comes FROM Mexico, dealing with Mexico directly and up-front about the whole mess is going to be 'muy importante'. They've known about this stuff for years and years, just like us, but nobody's wanted to sit down and really go through it because it represents time, effort, and money costs that no one wants to pay. People assume 'the government' is going to take care of all of this, and where the US/Mexico border is concerned, there is the matter of whose responsibility it really is to patrol and maintain it...at least it's a question these days, for years people assumed that 'the government' was getting that job done, but the last few years' news stories have taught us that 'it just ain't so, alice'...which means that actually getting the border secured is going to be a job with co-operation between our states and federal government, with an eye towards preventing negligence in the future. It's also a job that citizens can participate in, by volunteering. The US Border Patrol is most likely hiring...if you think you understand the problem, and you could be a professional about solving it lawfully as a member of the Patrol, why not apply?
Immigration, especially illegal immigration, is a complex thing, and there aren't any easy answers. And, there's a lot of pressure to NOT enforce the law, too, from businesses and individuals that stand to realize material gain from situations that benefit from a lack of enforcement. There's a lot of money involved in all of this, and economic pressure tends to have a heavy influence on what decisions/actions actually materialize, at the end of the day. That's where you get into conflicts-of-interest etc. No perfect world, no easy answers, but my common-sense list runs like this:
Border fence.
US Border Patrol
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement
employer enforcement
Write to your city council and ask that you'd like to see more done about stopping illegal immigration. When all 50 states get lined up on the same idea, of bringing an end to illegal immigration, then illegal immigration will stop happening, as opportunities dry up, and the community at large develops a better understanding of whatinhell's really going on, here.
Years of negligence and push-it under-the-rug have brought us to this point, it's going to take years of thoughtful reforms in the other direction to fix it.

Doubt it ever will happen Rob,because though we do have a military and someone on here said they would crush them, they forgot that chances are that if that happened other countried would get involved on both sides.Afterall at the current moment the U.S doesn't have a very good reputation with countries such as Iraq and Venezuela so they would see a war as perfect chance to try and kick the U.S's butt wich would in turn cause the U.S allies to join in,so yeah doubt it would happen.

There is no way that every civilian would support this cause especially Military personnel and minorities.
If Illegals tried to start an uprising, the Military would crush them.
If Mexico tried to start a war with the US, we would destroy their country even more than it already is.

they would probably complain and get mad at us as usual cuz they gotta blame someone... you have a great point there. I dont think anyone is paying enough attention to our issues with illegal immigrants and mexico right now because of our other problems with other countries
