Is it necessary on Job applications, license applications other circumstances? When is it a requirement?

I know someone who is on Prop 36 right now and I don't know of circumstances that you would need to tell. Does the program's hours interfere with your work hours? What job applications would you be applying for? Provide more details, please. Or, ask your p-36 case worker.
