You can go to a destination provided you are sure of its location. Are you sure of the location of Heaven? Once its location is ascertained one may make an attempt to go there by a space craft. So far the answer is a big NO.

Obvioulsy we leave these physical bodies behind. The Bible says that we get new bodies - I believe that means spiritual bodies - no bad health, or need to eat or drink, etc.
Our spirits (souls) go to heaven in new perfect bodies. We won't know exactly what that is until we get there with the Lord.

Nope. Your body stays in the grave along with your soul and your spirit goes to heaven.

You have to go with a body, unless your only seeing a vision while alive. When you go, you're body has to be immortalized first. I assume that's what was done with Enoch, Moses, and Elijah. The soul can't be alive if the spirit (breath) is seperate from the body. It would cease existing.
