2. You don't know how to dress.
3. You talk about stupid stuff.
4. Live with parents.
5. Don't have a nice car.
6. Breath stinks
7. Figure is not great looking

The question isn't why girls don't talk to you, its WHY DON'T YOU GO AND TALK TO THEM? Females usually find it hard to respect a guy who is not willing to make the move and come up and talk to them. You'd be absolutely astounded by how many guys do not have the courage to walk up to a girl (or group of them) and talk to them and instead they sit back and wait for girls to come up and talk to them.
Meanwhile the girls are sitting there doing the same thing. Everyone's waiting for someone to come up and talk to them meanwhile nobody's making the first move. A damned shame if you ask me.
Please elaborate on exactly how girls "seem uninterested".

Don't wait for the ladies to come talk to you, go talk to them. It isn't enough to be nice and funny. You also have to be interesting as a person. Are you sure the jokes you tell them is funny to them? Are you relaxed and secure with yourself? Do you excude confidence? Are you making sure that you are being a gentleman and not being offensive to women? If you are answering yes to all and she is still not interested in you, move on. It is her loss not yours.
A BOY hopes he will get a woman. A MAN knows he will get rejected many times on his way to success with one.

Girls don't like real nice guys. They like bad boys. So go out there and be a bad boy but not so bad that they will not want you either. Let them know how nice they are. Let them talk about themselves. Girls like to do that. Now go out there and get yourself a girl.

How old are you?
Also, you may be projecting a sense of insecurity and nervousness that causes girls to avoid you. Work on feeling confident and good about yourself - other people will notice this and be drawn to you because of it.

us girls can sense if the guy doesnt have...
self-confidence!!!
so work on that and i'm sure girls will notice you more.
(self confidence is not as same as egotistical / arrogant, so watch out!)
also, work on your appearance. just dress comfortably and sometimes the clothes you wear can exude confidence. so choose your clothes smartly.
and last, try and try...i'm sure you'll get girls to talk to you...

p/s: personally i hate guys with body odour (BO) and bad breath...so be take care of your hygiene!
