If you are taking a Cruise, I am guessing that you intend on travelling SE Alaska through the inside passage.

In SE Alaska, the weather is unpredictable. Temps are usually has high as the mid-70's, but I would say they are usually in the high 60's from May to August. It can get high as the mid-80's (which is a major heat wave there).

Expect rain and lots of it. All summer long, expect rain. A sunny day should be a bonus.

the summer is quite nice. Usually in the mid 70s to low 80s in the warmer parts. Avoid in winter.

youd be hard pressed to find a time when alaska is "too hot," unless youre from siberia.
