Oh, yes, indeed. You should see changes in a couple to a few days. I started my program a few days ago, and I can do 10 times the exercises I did just a few days ago, and I am not panting for breath or wobble legged, either.
I am watching my diet to eat healthier, too. I've dropped a couple pounds, too though that isn't my intent.
Wal-mart just opened a superstore here, and I walked all over it the other day, put away my purchases, cooked, and cleaned up the house without getting tired, and did some exercises.. I would have needed a nap a few days ago.
Good luck with your program, it is so worth it.

For god's sake. As the last answer said, allow yourself AT LEAST one day rest per week. You are already doing around 1.25hrs high intensity exercise a day - without rests you'll do yourself an injury. Then how will you exercise, if you tear a muscle?

Jogging is good allround exercise, but if you do this then use it to REPLACE other workouts, don't do it as well.

Sorry if I sound condescending, but I am a marathon runner, I know what I'm talking about), so be sensible and take care of yourself..

Sure it is, if you exercise at least four times a week and cut junk food out of your diet. You can eat normal meals, but no sugar for you. It's also a good idea to change it up when you work out. Run, lift weights, do ab exercises...that way you streamline the whole body and get great results. It really works, depending on how much you have to lose. If you're closer to your ideal weight, your body won't lose the fat as quickly. If you're bigger, it'll be more obvious.

yes...the more you exercise the better your metabolism becomes. But do you have a buddy to train with?? it works a LOT better when there are two of you training together - unless you don't need encouraging like i do! also a good idea - why not volunteer to walk the neighbors dogs, or some old people's dogs in the area?? they say a brisk 20 minute walk a day is amazing for you!

Getting abs starts with eliminating any extra fat on your middle. that's complete with cardio workouts. alongside with that, it helps to perform a little weights to construct muscle tissues and help burn greater energy and tone so those abs will seem swifter. basically doing some hundred crunches won't do it, even nevertheless it somewhat is going to help. even nevertheless, for swifter outcomes you need to try this sort of recurring and countless different categories of crunches or middle sort strikes. finally, maximum folk won't get 6 %. abs basically doing this recurring some days each and every week. you're generally speaking 6 days each and every week. solid nutrition recurring, and a few human beings are genetically not at all going to have an quite defined 6 %..

Absolutely! You can get really fit in six weeks, if you work out regularly.

Do allow yourself at least one rest day each week, though, and you shouldn't lift weights every day, to give your muscles a chance to repair and grow.

And don't forget a healthy diet and plenty of water will make that difference even more signfiicant!

It really depends on if you have been physically active before. Your body will respond to exercise more readily if you have been fit before. Six weeks will be enough for a visible change if you have been active before, if not, you are looking at six months minimum.

cheers!

Yes, you should set a weight loss goal of 12 lbs. max a month. Don't lose it too fast. You also need to change your eating habits if you don't want it back. Everything in moderation is the best long-term results, that's what a diet means.

Yes it is, but try a 30 minute run (jogging) session, if you have the time, added to your normal routine. Good luck!
