I'm with you there. There was a time when the first, second, third, and last things I did in my day were all about getting sex. I'm very fortunate to have seen a better way to live. Not everyone is willing. It's terrible how babies are being born into drug abuse, poverty, and abandonment. And personally, I am so tired of people I barely know asking me who I'm going to bed with or will I go to bed with who I'm with and things of that nature. My father told me to keep my business off the streets. I take my relationships with the women in my life as great experiences and value everything about them, not just what goes on when we are together. I'm 46 years old, 18 was a long time ago.

Thats kinda odd, i never thought that women thought like that, you said, (with their sex tools, do women think like men do in that aspect?) Respect should always be the most integral part of any relationship, from BOTH sides, along with honesty and trust. Sex is selling even more than it ever has, in this day and age. That will always be a part of the courting process. But with all that attraction from both sides, the respect will always be there, especially if you ever think of getting anywhere with the relationship. But you are absolutely correct, there has to be respect from both in any relationship, that just goes with out saying.

I think you are right, Men and Women have come to an almost grudging respect for one an other - although I wonder if that's just a facade put on, because i know that no matter how much respect i have for a lady, my head still turns at each pretty one!

There are some men and women like that, but there's a whole other world of men and women showing each other respect as well..Maybe you're hanging around the wrong sort of people..

Sure you have a point here. As long as we are strangers only the sex tools are seen & heard. But once you have a relationship, then you have men & women behave much better.

it would be nice. but it isn't going to happen. to many people think sex is love. Respect is an old fashion value that was earned, now it is demanded. The cycle is been reversed and screwed up. Sex use to be a bi-product of love now it's just someting to do when your bored. Most yourger people don't even care who it is as long as they get off. Sad thing anymore.
