I don't know how one would know if they are being rated or not.

some people secretly fantasize about being rated. I once heard of date rate where they used a rate kit to determine fault.

no, you should go back to bed. You are probably asking stupid questions, or answering them poorly. Don;'t think people are ignoring you, you are just not answering questions well enough to deserve a rating.
