Anyone running Windows 98 who can use "glitter" graphics?

OK, ok, I know I should upgrade my software, but money is tight right now. Does anyone know of a free download fix so I can use glitter graphics?

just check if it works 4 u

i tried copy / paste in ms word
everthing was ditto, but the sparkle was gone

windows 98 is long dead even microsoft have stop the support on it move up in the times and buy windows xp
