Why is this? I am 19, 5'7, weigh about 123 and am in decent shape muscle wise.
I used to do tumbling, cheerleading, running and weight lift training six days a week up until a little over a year ago and I used to ache from that training of course, but it still happens now! I was consistently active in those activities from when I was 12 until I was a little over 18.
Shouldn't this have stopped by now, or did I really just completely wear my body out? Or is it because I have now significantly slowed down the exercise I used to do, and my body is adjusting?
Any opinion is helpful!
Thanks!

So many problems that sound like Old Age, but you are only 19?!
Try yoga and belly dancing for exercise. For aerobics, cycling and power walking will help.
For a lot of people, Glucosamine and Chondroitin DO help.
Also calcium and magnesium, and stress b/C complex.
Such heavy workout activity, in your teens, probably has contributed to early aging of the joints, especially if you got injured. Six days a week is a bit too high. The body needs some rest.
Instead of a regular doctor, you might want to see a sports medicine physician. they specialize in fitess-related problems.
The above is my layman's opinion, and yes, exercise has been a hobby and intrest of mine, so I have a little knowledge for you.

The premises of your question are incorrect. Ever seen a cat with six toes? Horses have but three. Nevertheless, all mammals--nay, all species--possess similarities. Everything we've ever discovered (plants, animals, protozoans) except for viruses use DNA. Everything is related to everything else.

You have not cleared if you have carried out any check up. I suspect rheumatism. So pl. first see what is it.
There is no medicine for this diorder, you go to an acupuncturist and you will find solution, Otherwise taking medicines lifelong is not wise. It reduces life because of side effects.

Hmm my knees pop too, but they always have lol just a genetic quirk. I would say don't worry about it, but you have too many symptoms. Go to your doctor.... Get a physical. Odds are something is up and you might need help.

I would love to help you but it really seems like a serious case of acne. Try and find a really good acne cleansing ointment or alternatively go to your local doctor.
