You can find resources for free all over the internet such as World Lingo or Omniglot. World Lingo will translate any word from English to Dutch in a matter of seconds. This is a great tool for several languages and has helped me over the past 15 years as a a linguist.

Watch DVDs with the English subtitles and Spanish audio song. Then watch them back with spanish subtitles, and English audio. you are able to borrow DVDs from maximum libraries, those days.
