The Noble QUR’AN:

2.256 Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects Evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.

Its a shame these people don't practise what they preach. You will almost certainly be ostracised in any muslim community if you convert to another faith.

Actually,no.
We are not allowed to convert to another faith.
Not because of the country but because of the religion.
Simply because Islam was the last religion.
What do you want us to convert to?
First there was judaism, then came christianity then finally islam.
Why would we want to take a step back?
Plus I doubt anyone is complaining.
I've never seen or heard about a muslim wanting to convert??

Christianity and Islam converted many people all through history.

Judaism is the religion that doesn't have missionary views.

Its not forbidden to convert to Judaism, but they definitely don't make it easy on you.

In order to convert to Judaism you have to go through a lot. So, although its not forbidden, it is not encouraged. Only people that really committed will go through the process.

I completely agree with Musician. I have never heard of a Muslim wanting to convert. I have recently converted myself and I can't imagine my life before now without it.

Convertion to another faith carries the death penalty. Didn't you read the news recently about the guy in Afghanistan (or was it Pakistan?) who had a Fatwa imposed for becoming Christian? Charming people, eh?

Everyone one of us should have the right to choose the religious we want. But for Muslims as in most countries, they are "borned" to be one, if they choose to convert to another faith, he/she will be difficult to accept by his/her own race.

Acording to their relegion they cannot accept any other faith. If they convert their families pretend they are dead. One way to keep your people scare them away from listening to any other choices. We are so used to our freedoms here it is hard to imagine they way they live and believe.

The Noble QUR’AN:

2.256 Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects Evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.

18.29 Say : ( It is ) the truth from the Lord of you ( all ) . Then whosoever will , LET HIM believe , and whosoever will , LET HIM disbelieve . Lo! We have prepared for disbelievers Fire . Its tent encloseth them . If they ask for showers , they will be showered with water like to molten lead which burneth the faces. Calamitous the drink and ill the resting place!

The BIBLE:

(2 Thessalonians 2:3 NASB/WEY).

"Let no one in any way deceive you, for that day cannot come without the coming of the apostasy first, and the appearing of the man of sin, the son of perdition."

Deuteronomy 13:6-10:

If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which [is] as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; [Namely], of the gods of the people which [are] round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the [one] end of the earth even unto the [other] end of the earth; Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: BUT THOU SHALT SURELY KILL HIM; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And thou shalt STONE HIM WITH stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
