Has she offered herself to you? Is her kindness confusing you because you think nice equals she wants me? She's probably being nice to you because you are a "nice looking boy" and would like to keep her job.
Look at it this way, if you "hit" that, she'll be your secretary forever because she's got you for harassment later on. You don't screw the subordinates.
