know how to treat a woman right? Me and my ex have split through violence and cheating etc... and we have a three year old daughter. Do you men know how to treat us right and would a child put you off?

What is treat you right? I was referred to as the warden in my last relationship. My girl acted right while I was the "warden". As soon as I started acting nicer at the bequest of my friends and family who said I was a prick, my girl lost respect for me. She started staying out late and before you knew it I had to leave her. The point is you don't want someone to treat you right, if you did you would never have been with your ex.

If you listen to the usual idle rumours, a guy who knows the right way to treat a woman is as rare as Santa Claus or Unicorns...

But seriously, we do exist and that's not a way to bluff our way into your lives.

It's odd though, that by treating a woman right and I mean all of the things that women say they want men to do, I'm still single and my ex gf's are all married to wimps or thugs.

As long as I live, I'll never understand a woman. I think I have her figured out and then there's a change and I'm in her bad books again because I cannot for the life of me work out what's wrong this time.

It's not because I'm a man, it's because I'm only human.

I'm sorry that you have had such a hard time and that you have not met the right person and I hope you do.

I think you have a nice name.

.

I am sure there are many 'nice' guys out there, but it
appears that we are not wanted by you, we dont have
the 'danger label' we are not the ones your parents and
friends warn you about "he's no good for you " etc but
off you go anyway mindless to the words of others. And
the deeds and words of your 'exciting man' dont filter
through either, so enamoured do you become with the
danger until too late you have a kid / s by a tw at and
then it is woe is me what have I done.

Try looking beyond your fantasising of the romantic bad
boy and think of, if not yourself, at least your child, there
are plenty of ordinary descent men who would not have
a problem with your child and who can treat another person
with respect, once earnt, honesty and fidelity.

Happy hunting and dont be to quick to judge the the quiet
guy who appears to be a little straight, he may well suprise
you without having any need to mistreat you or your child.

I treat women right. I have an code of honour. I would never hit a women. I would never yell at them, cheat or do anything dishonest (unless it were the lesser of two evils). But then I never would want my spouse/gf (when i get one) to have a child (no interest and it would be unfair on the child). Most of my friends are the same, but they have gf's already. Anyway i would never offer a relationship over the internet, never know who you might meet - too many weirdo's out there. This is just to let you know there are good ones out there if you look.

Yes I know how to treat a lady, and to respect her and not cheat on her.

Their are lots of us out there you know. But like another reply to your question said, a lot of women go for bad boys who are complete and utter *****. But it seems to be the thing you women want so I guess you reap what you sow.

And know a child what not put me off, you fall in love with a woman and except all that she is and that she brings.

Good luck in finding what your looking for, I just get sick of some (and I say some) of us men getting stick for being tarnished with the same brush as the bad ones.

Of course there are guys that know how to treat a woman right. The vast majority of them. The question you should be asking yourelf is why did you get involved with someone capable of violence in the first place?

Yes, there are guys out there that know how to treat a lady... In my experience, the good guy finishes last... So most guys try to hide the nice guy, to get the girl... and there are guys that would not be put off by a child...

Hope this helps...

That's a bit unfair. I'm sorry to hear about your unhappy relationship. But not all men are like that. If he is violent then yes get out of the relationship for your daughters sake as well as your own. there are more good men out there than there are bad men. You just found the wrong one. get out there and find the right one.

Good luck.

I'm sorry to hear about your abusive partner, and it angers me to think of your child having to witness her Father like this.
Not all men are like this, and many would gladly take the responsibility of someone Else's child. My brother has proposed to his girlfriend, who has a 7 year old boy! Nice men do exist, and you and your daughter will meet one, one day!! Best wishes to you both xx
