You should if you can. I should to because I should get up early and go for a long run before I go to work. I just like to be good and exhausted before I go to bed so I know I will fall right asleep. I still need to take the dog out for a short walk so he can pee. I could let him out in the yard, but he will bark at racoons and wake the neighbors.

give yourself some pleasure and go back to sleep. It makes you tired, and the last thing you want is to be up the rest of the night.
