it's obsession-not love. call it lust too. you're not alone. i'm a middle school teacher and it seems like every boy or girl from 11-14 is thinking about "someone" "all the time". find a way to get your mind off it by hanging out with your buddies. or do something constructive with your energy...like "math"--jk.
or you can let her know and find out if she feels the same and just get it over with so you can move on.

at this age...it's so hard to differantiate between love and like. This is hard to answer because for you, i"m thinking, there's only one answer to accept and that's the one you want to hear...unfortunately, this will be for the rest of your life.
All I can tell you is that at this age, whatever you feel, you'll think that this is the be all and end all of love as you know it...it isn't!!!
There is so much more out there for you and if this person doesn't reciprocate the same feelings back to you...so what???
Get on with it and fall in love or lust with someone else. That may be harsh but life is short and love as many people as you possibly can...it may crush your heart at times, believe me, I know, but it may lead you to the one who loves you back.

No it's called being 14. There's more of that coming. You'll stop thinking about her when you notice someone else who's more fun to think about. Don't just think, ,though. Learn to make them laugh, get their home #'s( girls who don't like you won't give it to you) and invite them to starbucks on a weekday. Enjoy being 14 man, when you're 34 you'll be thinking about bills, the kids and rising gas prices lol !

You can name it love, if it is your first experience of this kind. Sometimes it goes away fast but you will remember it for the rest of your life because it is your first. Like first kiss, first time having sex, .....
