farm house isnt a deal braker but i want to plant and grow things and animals and it cant take forever either and it must be free....
and by free i mean
not a trial not a limited time offer to players for a few months to get people hooked no houses if nonpaying members cant get them

I'm not totally certain that I fully understand your question - but that could be my own fault. I like to play a farming game that John Deere puts out - I bought it a Wal-Mart. It's called John Deere's American Farmer. I like it a lot, but I don't know what an 'mmo' is, and it costs 20 bucks to buy it, so it isn't free, and as far as I know, you can't download it off the internet.
