I would definately take your dog to the vet asap. Dragging of hind legs and discomfort could indicate anything from
a paralysis tick,
a motor neuron disease or virus,
or bowel or gastrointestinal disorder.

A visit to the vet would probably be best. A lot of people on here say they can't afford that, but many vets have payment plans. If that's not a problem, definitely visit a vet. Good luck!

Take him to the vet, he could have thiamine deficiency or any number of other problems. The only way to know for sure is to have a vet see him and properly diagnose the cause.

sounds like he's constapated! If you feed him dry dog food then give him a can of soft dog food. Oh and feel his belly to see if it's firm and/lumpy. That would mean constapation, and make sure he is drinking plenty of water that helps alot too.
