I'm a guy with hobbies, do girls dislike guys who have hobbies rather than think of great career success?

I'm an average guy with hobbies like drawing, music, and reading. Don't have a gfriend but it makes me think because always girls say they want someone who is mature, responsible, career oriented..( or something liek that).. What if the guy is not even looking to be a successful business man and he's happy just having a simple job and doing his hobbies?
