My Nana's home made spaghetti and meatballs. Authentic Sicilian food made with love and care. A dish I will never have again and haven't had since April 2000 when she passed away at the age of 99. *sigh* I miss her telling me "Eat, you are too skinny, Mangia".

There is a tie between Tres Hermanos ( 3 different Enchiladas with three different sauces which are all freshly made by the wife of the owner, so good!) from Dos Padres in San Miguel, CA and my own version of Chicken Muglhai Biryani (Sorry for the spelling), an Indian dish which I never seem to make the same twice because I can rarely find all the ingredients the recipe calls for, so I randomly substitute. I'd rotate between these two meals every other day, and I'd be happy to never eat different foods again.

Italian food definitely. Fetuccini with green pesto sauce topped with spicy meatballs, mushrooms, and fresh diced tomato. Pasta isn't really original Italian it was brought over from China by Marco Polo in the 1300's..

That's a toughie! I love seafood alfredo with shrimp and crawfish.
I also love spicy gumbo with andouille sausage, crawfish, shrimp, and rice.
It's a toss up between the two.
