None of the above!
1. Maybe slightly true, but not true enough to be a blanket statement
2. Afhganistan is landlocked, and getting fish may be a huge logistical exercise here.
3. Cows are sacred to Hindus, and so slaughter of cows is not very common. Christians and Muslims do eat beef, but their numbers are not enough to make beef the 'major source of protein in India'.
Cheers!

I am guessing none of the above are true.
Without looking it up, I am pretty sure beef is not a major source of protein in India, although they do use dairy.
I am unsure about the first statement, intuitively, I would disagree. Although East Asians do eat quite a bit of rice, I think fish is the primary staple in the coastal countries, and pork in the inland areas. Rice is a side dish. Asians invented pasta. Poultry is also quite important in Eastern Asia.
Southwest Asia does consume a bit of wheat, but I suspect other vegetables. Ukraine was the breadbasket of the old USSR, but lots of grains are used to make bread. I have never eaten wheat bread in West Asia, except in a few US enclaves. Lots of lentils though, and quite a few vegetables that I simply didn't want to know what they were.
Where would Afghanis get enough fish to be the staple? I would guess goats and sheep and the dairy products from those sources.

The first statement is true and is a problem in Afghanistan (a Western Asian country) because wheat is not nutritionally diversified enough to give the people a balanced diet. Many people in Afghanistan are thus undernourished. Many farmers also have turned to growing poppy rather than food because they can make more money.
The second statement is false. Afghanistan is an arid, land-locked country and is not able to sustain itself as is a country like Turkey (also in Western Asia), for example. Turkey does not have to rely on any food imports and has a great deal of diversification, including their favorite vegetable, aubergine (or eggplant), and wonderful orange groves, vineyards, etc.
The third statement is true with a caveat. As has been mentioned below, although beef is a major source of protein in any country that has beef, religious beliefs prevent many people from availing themselves of that protein.
The fourth statement is false. Only two of the statements are true.
